Imaging, from Beginners to Advanced – Dr. Mike Reynolds will look at getting into the fascinating arena of astronomical imaging. Starting with simple star trails and the ever-popular lightscape photography, the novice should not feel intimidated by astronomical imaging. Some of the more-advanced techniques and equipment will also be discussed, as well as challenges with all types of astronomical imaging.

 Falling Stars: Meteors, Meteorites, and Cratering – Dr. Mike Reynolds will overview the field of meteoritics, with a focus on meteorites and cratering. In his fast-paced presentation Mike will also bring and show a variety of meteorites, how to distinguish a meteorite from meteorwrong, and the general classification of meteorites used by scientists.
